“As long as no physical harm is done” – does this mean incitement of physical harm too? Or just the commitment of physical harm? In the case of the latter this would obviously decriminalise virtually all advocacy of violent political or religious extremism. Nazism and the advocation of genocide would not be a crime. Nor would the support for radical Islamic extremism. It seems like this policy would fail to satisfy a lot of UKIP voters’ actual aims.
