Why withdraw from the European Convention on Human Rights?
Secondly, because I believe in the return of lands to the natives in North America, Australia and New Zealand, I would additionally allow any Anglo-saxons, Gaels or Celts back from those countries regardless of how many generations they had been away for, on condition that they sold their existing estate to a native american/aborigine/maori individual.

I agree with this concept, immigrants who want to become British citizens should do something along the lines of “pledging allegiance to the USA”.
It’s saying they want to belong and contribute to our society.
Could you imagine extremists pledging allegiance to the Queen or something :-)

Can you see how your party (lib dems), that you are quoting, say such things as;
“Citizenship should be granted”
“New citizens should be required”
Should be….. sounds spinless to me.
David
please show policy the lib dems “WILL” be doing?
I’m not a Liberal Democrat voter, I’ve voted Labour other than in two elections (one general and one local).
When I was 18ish I voted Conservative in a general election because my Mum voted Conservative and although I didn’t have a great deal of money back then I expected I would one day and wanted to keep as much of it as possible :-) In other words I didn’t have a CLUE what I was doing!
I’ve voted Liberal Democrat tactically once, lived in an area where Labour had no chance of winning.
I see Labour as the best of a bad lot and I include all political parties as a bad lot. Actually maybe I wouldn’t include the Green party as a bad lot, but they are so deluded and unrealistic in their goals (maybe 500+ year from now) it’s quite scary. The Green’s would have the world starving to save animals, no thanks, humans always come first in my book.
My political views are all over the middle ground (mostly anyway). I want the best parts of socialism and the best parts of capitalism, there’s a happy medium somewhere.

Terrorists would pledge allegiance to anyone if it would get them what they want.
You think a man prepared to blow himself to bits would be shy when it comes to making a false oath?
Vote BNP and the problem won’t arise.
UKIP are the party that will save our nation; they have fair, sensible policies that echo the wishes of every thinking British person. Immigration is fine if it is controlled; if we have no moratorium on immigration, there will come a time when people will say-enough!
good on UKIP!
good on UKIP!
I fully support the UKIP immigration policies, successive UK gouvernements have, by their timid ‘non’ action allowed many of our housing / employment problems to develop, one young lady in Cornwall was refused employment as she did not speak Polish
