Nick Griffin denies the holocaust on TV, his own word:

And

Nick Griffin denied the Holocaust in issue 12 of a publication called “The Rune” and that issue led to Griffin’s conviction in 1998 of distributing material likely to incite racial hatred.

He was given a nine-month prison sentence suspended for two years.

During the trial (at Harrow Crown Court in 1998 27th April to 1st May) he said:

I am well aware that the orthodox opinion is that six million Jews were gassed and cremated and turned into lampshades. Orthodox opinion also once held that the Earth was flat … I have reached the conclusion that the ‘extermination’ tale is a mixture of Allied wartime propaganda, extremely profitable lie, and latter witch-hysteria.

It’s a fact he denied the holocaust and one of the times is on video.

If there’s no trial and he wasn’t found guilty why are the Crown Prosecution Service blocking freedom of information requests from the Guardian newspaper for a copy of the Griffin trial transcripts? https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2010/jan/22/nick-griffin-race-trial-details

Seriously, you can not deny Griffin denied the holocaust and received a 9 month suspended sentence for the crime of inciting racial hatred.

Now you might be able to argue he wasn’t convicted per se for holocaust denial, but holocaust denial was part of the case against him regarding inciting racial hatred and he was found guilty of inciting racial hatred (9 month sentence, suspended 2 years).

Semantics, but still.

BTW “person under a disability” very funny, I’ll have to remember that one :-)
