Comment on Reasons to Vote British National Party by Bainshie.

Hey.

This is hilarious. The level of posting by most BNP members is roughly the same as your average flame war. The usual Latin phrases and insults thrown around without an actual debate, ignoring the actual points made in a post and denying it all to some great conspiracy. BNP seem to see themselves as some great threat to politics, however, in the last general election they only gained 0.7% of the votes. I could understand Labour paying people to slag Tories or the other way around, but paying people to stop the BNP? Its like saying the UN was set up with the sole reason of stopping Vatican City from taking over the world with military force. It isn’t going to happen without some serious political luck that hasn’t been seen since 1930’s Germany.

The good news is such posting will gain you support with the 4chan and other similar communities. The bad news is most of these people are below the voting age.

However something on topic. I’ve never really looked in depth into the BNP, seeing it as a radical group with no real power. I generally pay more attention to the loony party since at least their policies make me laugh. However looking more in depth… even ignoring party member’s dubious past (Nick denying the holocaust for instance), and the amount of slander the BNP is responsible for, the policies are frightening and rather crazy.

Firstly is the huge intrusion of human rights BNP would wish to implement. Although I’m unsatisfied with Labours current handling of anti-terrorist laws – For instance the ability to hold people for long periods of time without charge-, a BNP system seems to suggest a huge change in laws that would effectively throw the human rights bill out of the window, far worse then any Labour government would. Although democracy would still be the ‘official’ system, a BNP government would remove all chances of none BNP parties from gaining power (The ability for the government to spread propaganda, only military personnel being allowed to vote, etc etc).

Secondly is the racism issue. The idea of ‘forcing’ people to leave, people who have legally come to the country, or even people who have been born in Britain from ethnic parents is just disgusting. They seem to follow a master race philosophy, as employed by a certain 1930’s German Political party. Constantly referring to None-Christians is also another worrying trend, as religion should NEVER be involved in politics, Pre-Elizabeth history with Catholics and Protestants have taught us that.

And finally is the economic issue. Britain is a services industry. We can’t support just all of the White British people (Assuming everyone else got kicked out) with our current resources. Hurting trade and effectively flipping off the rest of the world will do nothing but increase the unemployment rate and Debt. Not to mention the huge amount of experienced staff would be removed from the country if a mass ‘kicking out’ did occur, skilled people we right now can’t replace.

In finishing I would say that I am a 18 year old Atheist, white (Like color matters….) student, I’d guess at least 5th generation British, therefore ‘safe’ should any BNP party get into power. I’d agree that the current choice between Tory and Labour isn’t that attractive, since neither are exactly… great. I’d also agree that the current immigration system is too lax. However the BNP way is the equivalent of using a A-bomb to take out a fly. Sure you got the fly, but you also destroyed everything else and irradiated the land.

BTW VoteNo: Don’t get so annoyed, these are what we call ‘Trolls’ Or 4chan people. My guess is this post will have one of the following reply’s.

Ignored.
Random insulting
Picking up on minor grammar mistakes.
Latin phrases
Churning out the usual BNP punch lines without any explanation or sources from none BNP websites (A good debater will use multiple sources.)
Accusing me of being a member of some conspiracy. Which I am obviously not apart of.

Agent Tango should start operation TakedownBNP and then activate the golden fleece and Meet up at 15:00 GMT.

Bainshie.
