Having seen the video I think this Roger guy seriously over did it daft reaction to a YouTube video and if he did threaten to kill this guy then frankly he should be prosecuted as he has broken the law.
As for his son being in a pic OK I would tend to agree that the guy could have made an effort to blur his face but hey ho these things happen, and I have seen myself far more instances of the BNP and its support groups showing faces of children.
And this Roger Phillips is a prime example of that in his Wembley video he showed images of Asian kids well under 17 and made no attempt ot blur their faces so he has no right to complain really as he did the exact same thing himself
