I thought it would be interesting and useful to regular visitors to the General Election 2010 site to see which articles and pages of the website are the most popular by actual visitor numbers.

As you can see on the right menu there’s a “Most Commented Posts” list which are amongst the most popular pages viewed, but as we get closer to the general election that list will become heavily dependant on age of the post (older posts tend to get more comments) and not how popular they are now.

I’ve decided to compile a top 20 list of the most visited political articles and pages for each month.

The lists could be used by regular commenters to target their opinions to the political articles most read by other visitors. In the very first months top 20 (November 2009) there’s some surprises from the Green Party including their Censorship & Privacy policy and Raves, Pay Parties and Free Festivals policy (LOL).
