With regard to “Support for people with disabilities” what measures would be taken to change the current unfair and inadaquate Mental Health benefits assesments in the Welfare Reforms introduced by James Purnell and practiced by Atos Origin on behalf of the DWP.
What proposals would be implemented to ensure that those who cannot work due to debilitating long term mental health issues would continue to receive the financial support of the benefits system without being sanctioned and pressurized into employment.
