In view of the Lib Dem policy on pensions, please advise what

Comment on Liberal Democrats Policies : Pensions and Benefits by Richard Lane.

In view of the Lib Dem policy on pensions, please advise what the policy is on those people who have paid many years of National Insurance contributions whilst working in the UK but go to live abroad. Specifically can you confirm that they will receive a UK state pension, uprated each year for inflation.
Currently there does not seem to be a policy on this matter to differentiate Lib Dems from New Labour and Conservatives.
