Comment on Labour Policies : Families and Pensioners Policy by Mrs M Cross.

Please explain why the Labour party is talking about bringing in a payment upon death, to cover the cost of health care for the 60+ when someone like me has completed full time work (sometimes holding down two jobs) paying full TAX & N.I. into THIS country, and in return the basic State Pension is less then £6000.00 per year.
