Tv licence ARC concession sheltered housing

Comment on Labour Policies : Labour Culture, Media and Sport Policy by Archie McCallum.

Please note the Conservative government is phasing out a long standing concession to sheltered housing tenants ie:- Arc concession of £7.50 per annum to tenants under 75 yrs.age this effects me personally,as a new tenant in my sheltered housing complex i have to pay £145.50 per annum whereas existing tenants under 75 pay the ARC concession of £7.50
Can the Shadow Culture minister please assist me in my dispute with tv licensing as they are not listening to me as an individual
