has the labour party policies regarding consultation periods being used prior to planning for the installation of a 200+ft Wind Turbine in the area I live in.Ceredigion County Council are only using normal planning proceedure 21days all we got was an outdated letter in the post telling us we could be affected also we could see the plans miles away.As I am retired travelling has become a bit restricted.so there was no way I could see the plans. All I am asking is a copy of your policy regarding that little or no consultation takes place regarding Wind Turbines At welsh assembly level or U,K Parlimental level,your help would be much appreciated.
