You are playing with words! Shariah Courts may not be part of the whole judiciary in the UK but it is now beginning to play a part. You say it would take MANY changes in the law for it to become part of our judicial system. Do you recall, how quickly various Bills were passed in Parliament without anyone knowing about them. It might take many, but many does not equal, necessarily a very long time. We have a perfectly good judicial system in the UK and it is high time that those who decide to live here abide by our laws and not bring over their own. If they do not like our laws then the best thing is for them to return to their country of origin and sort out their legal matters there. There are always excuses for Muslims to have Shariah Courts here and none of them are legitimate. If you or I go to an Arab country can we take our English judicial system with us too! We cannot live by one law for some people and another law for another – it just will not work and is intolerably and NOT intolerant!
