Did you NOT read the post, the report I showed you was produced by the ONS for the GLA (of which Richard Barnbrook one of your own) is a part based on the 2001 figures with projections un till 2031, so NOT my figures read the actual report.
What I suggested was you read it and not trust everything the BNP tells you when another report shows the figures they are quoting are not exactly correct.
So again NOT my figures ONS and GLA figures, so are you suggesting that Richard Barnbrook who is a GLA member is lieing when that report has gone out from the GLA of which he is a part?
