Two points,
One, we used to trade with the commonwealth countries, rather more than with Europe, before we joined the EU.
Two, if we produce products that the EU needs, at the right price, they will buy. Money would still matter.
The Human Rights legislation would not be a problem under BNP, and it doesn’t seem to be much use anyway. It is always used to help the wrong people,
and governments can easily circumvent it if they feel the need. (rendition – torture is an example of human rights legislation at work! Spying on private citizens is another)
