Comment on General Election ITV1 Live TV Leaders Debate in Manchester by David.

Looks like the British electorate do care as after the 1st live TV debate Nick Clegg and the Lib Dems polling results increased significantly.

Apparently almost 10 million people watched the live TV debate add to that the sound bites etc… that will be on the news and news papers today and pretty much every voter will know how the live TV debate went.

Public opinion is driven by the media, if they say the Lib Dems have increased support after the TV debate more people will vote for the Lib Dems and less for the other parties.
