Do you have a reliable source on the University of Birmingham location? Any ideas how to get a seat in the audience if that’s really where it is?
I got the University of Birmingham info from multiple sources, so reasonably confident.
I doubt you’ll get a seat in the audience now.
David
Yes, it is from the University of Birmingham, it is taking place in the Great Hall, within the Aston Webb building. Question Time tomorrow is also from the same venue, i believe!
Apparently there are 4 podiums up on stage, which means David Dimbleby will likely be on stage with the 3 protaganists.
There is also a giant screen being put up by the BBC on the rugby pitches at the university for people to watch proceedings!

I’m glad the third primeministerial debate will take place in Birmingham because it will be the most important of the three debates. Birmingham (Britain’s Second City) is a well-known centre for famous debates in the past which took place in the town hall and elsewhere. Also, I’m particularly glad the venue on Thursday will be Birmingham University, my alma mater, which is one of our great universities. I shall look forward to the debate.

Gentlemen, Which one of you, if elected, intends to do anything to help the over 50’s in long-term unemployment find work in this country.
We are all forgetting that it was the Conservatives that left the country in a very healthy financial position when Labour took over. Yes it was hard but at least we weren’t bankrupt. If Labour couldn’t cope when we were in the black with a healthy economy, what hope have they got now we are in the red and made things much worse because of their economic policies. liberals ar making it up as they go along and Labour are totally finished.

she may have taken away some milk but she left the country with a lot gold
Gordon Brown is missleading the electorate when he says he has invested in education and health services what hsa acctually happened is he has mortaged the country with PFI agreements
Is it possible to watch the deabte live on the internet??
yes mate www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer
The winner for me is Gordon Brown on the 3rd debate for prime minister
Is it not time that Dimbleby resigned and stopped monopolising every programme he is involved in.His egotism regularly seen on Questiontime has now appeared in this Debate.
I understood as presenter the rules were that he should not ask questions (as we have rightly seen on previous debates)yet he breaches this.Basically he cannot stop monopolising matters and interupting. He has to go and in this case be publicly criticised by say the Electoral Commission.
