Wasn’t Young Clegg so Great Before the Election – But now he’s grown up he’s Public Enemy No.2 (second to David Cameron).
Nick Clegg has had to ‘crawl’ back to his constituency to talk to business leaders about snatching the loan away from nuclear development company Forge masters.
He spoke to Tony peddler chairman of the board, and at his constituency office he spoke on the telephone to Mr Graham Honeyman (no he’s not a bee-keeper) but all the same it did nothing to turn all the constituent’s unhappy frowns upside down as they hit at the Clegg Pinata in the hopes he’ll cough up an apology.
But poor Nick he’s been tired with all the Tory Minister’s ignoring the Clegginator, and he’s been looking as ragged as a teddy dragged through a cactus farm put throw a tree shredder may’be all that Budget cutting has taken it’s toll on the Deputy PM.
Nick Clegg said “the loan was unaffordable” but I have to ask… was the damaged reputation and the public anger worth slashing the important loan?.
