I have never been nor ever will go to a fox hunt

i have never been nor ever will go to a fox hunt as i think it a dull sport. but that sais i stil favour fox hunting to all other forms of controling the fox populations and before any one say’s they don’t need controling yes they do they have no natural predators in the uk, so it is people job to control the numbers for the good of the fox species in the uk. all other forms of population control of foxes eg. poison, snares and shooting. kill on mass and also kill other animals as well as foxes i have seen badgers, small deer and even otters caught and killed in fox snares aand seen badgers poisoned by poison put out for foxes. as for shooting where as with hunting one fox per week may get killed in any rural village with shooting you can kill dozens in one night so there fore hunting actualy preserves the fox population as these other mesures are a lot less wide spread when people can hunt them. as the hunts will pay farm owner to allow them to hunt on the land therefore foxes become a financial benifit to the land owners. and for any one to say that a foxe being chased down and killed by a pack of dogs is barbaric and unnatural you need to look at nature the natural predator of the europian fox is the wolf (which have become extinc in britain therefore no natural predator for the fox here.)therefore in the wild the fox would be chased down and killed by a pack of dogs which actualy makes hunting the most natural form of population control for the species. case closed
