I personally agree with comments from David Cameron. Following rule of Law is frowned upon. In the class room discipline seems to have evaporated. The teacher is harassed by unruly children. No one can make any comment about lack of discipline. There is virtually no incentive to do any job prpperly. If the children do not attend school and go to all sorts of places during lessons time, it does not seem to bother anyone. Nowdays children enjoy virtually free buspasses. I have seen them visiting various shopping aras during school time.
