So what’s wrong with older people, under the retirement age, doing these jobs then? Ofcourse I don’t mean anything that requires high levels of strenuous labor, but most jobs should be fine.
What type of skilled workers are we lacking?
Who will pay for the these migrants when they reach retirement age, more migrants?
Where will the extra housing be built to house them? will that be on green belt land; for example?
With the ever growing cost of oil presenting very real problems for the not so distant future, shouldn’t we be looking to decrease our population?
In the days of CRB checks, how can an employer check a migrants criminal background when their country of origin is somewhat lacking in this area?
