Nathan, You say that the problems of the third world is because they are in debt! Isn’t debt caused by BORROWING? You say that we are greedy wanting the money repaid, why?
These countries have borrowed Billions of pounds & dollars, mainly to finance genocidal wars & coups and line the pockets of their corrupt leaders together with their hangers on!
Look at a prime example ZIMBABWE under white rule it was a prosperous nation with NO shortages of anything, after 20 years of the corrupt genocidal rule of Mugabe it is in absolute chaos!
S. Africa, until it became the “rainbow” nation, was in the top ten wealthiest countries of the world, now it is borrowing money from the world bank, why?, CORRUPTION & MISMANAGEMENT.
ALL of these countries have UNCONTROLLED population growth, in 40 odd years, since independence, the population of Zambia has QUADRUPLED, a Malawian Minister recently stated on BBC world, that its population is estimated to TREBLE in the next 30 years based on current trends. India will overtake China in population in the next 20 years!
I am afraid that no ammount of handwringing by people like you will help, unless these people take responsibility for their OWN fate!
This is the biggest problem in the world, not climate change, in fact if there is climate change it is this unchecked population growth that is causing it by deforestation & desertification caused by poor grazing & agricultural methods to try & feed the billions more people! Look at the massive birthrate of the immpigrants here, if unchecked they will totally overrun us in the near future!
So please Nathan OPEN your eyes, think for yourself, Britain & the world are FINITE in size, they cannot keep expanding to fit all these people in and no ammount of money will remedy their problems without RADICAL changes in their thinking!
