BNP Manifesto 2010 : Foreign Policy: Putting British Interests First
• The BNP will realign British foreign policy to put our nation’s interests first.
• The BNP will undertake not to interfere with the sovereignty of any other nation, and those in the Middle East in particular.
• The BNP would only deploy British armed forces in a conflict in which Britain’s interests were directly involved.
• The BNP will end the foreign aid swindle and reallocate the money saved to help British people.
Britain’s Interests First
British foreign policy must be driven by one guiding principle alone — to serve British interests above all else. This iron principle will be strictly enforced by a British National Party government.
In reality, this means that Britain’s foreign relations should be determined by the protection of our own national interests — and not by our like or dislike of other nations’ internal politics.
Britain has no right to dictate the internal politics or social configuration of any other nation. We would also expect all other nations to grant this same right to Britain.
A Neutral Foreign Policy
We would have no quarrel with any nation that does not threaten British interests. In this regard, a BNP government will:
– Reach an accord with the Muslim world whereby they will agree to take back their excess population which is currently colonising this country, in exchange for an ironclad guarantee that Britain will never again interfere in the political affairs of the Middle East or try to dictate to any Arab or Muslim country as to what their internal government form should be; and
– Maintain an independent foreign policy of our own, and not a spineless subservience to the USA, the ‘international community’, or any other country.
With regard to Europe, a BNP government will:
– Resolutely oppose the single European currency;
– Support the overwhelming majority of the British people in their desire to keep the Pound and our traditional weights and measures.
At the same time, a BNP government will strive for the best possible relationship with our European neighbours. The nations of Europe should be free to trade and cooperate whenever it is mutually beneficial without being forced into a straightjacket of political and economic unification — which is neither desirable nor beneficial, ultimately practically unfeasible, and guaranteed to create conflict rather than avoid it.
Accordingly, a BNP government will withdraw from the European Union.
In place of the EU, a BNP government will aim towards greater national self-sufficiency, and work to restore Britain’s family and trading ties with Australia, Canada and New Zealand, and to trade with the rest of the world as it suits us.
Following our withdrawal from the EU, the BNP government will use the £43 million per day net contribution Britain at present makes to the European Union to fund many far more useful projects at home.
An End to the Foreign Aid Swindle
In addition, a BNP government will reject the idea that Britain must forever be obliged to subsidise the incompetence and corruption of Third World states by supplying them with financial aid.
Only once poverty and deprivation amongst British people has been eliminated, can any thought be given to foreign aid — and even then, a BNP government will link foreign aid with our voluntary resettlement policy, in terms of which those nations taking significant numbers of people back to their homelands will need cash to help absorb those returning.
The billions of pounds saved every year by this policy will also be reallocated to vital services in Britain.

“- Support the overwhelming majority of the British people in their desire to keep the Pound and our traditional weights and measures.”
I can see an argument for keeping the pound. If we had economic equity across Europe, so every EU country had a similar economy so when we went under one currency no country would either benefit or be hurt switching currencies, maybe. We are no where near that scenario, so as long as our economy is relatively strong compared to the other EU states (and it is) we shouldn’t go into the Euro.
Now if we were a country like Greece or Italy, we should jump at the Euro as the other members of the currency would have to prop up our economy to stop the currency falling, but as we have a strong economy, NO THANK YOU, lets keep the pound and the ability to manage our economy with it.
What I don’t understand is why the BNP want to keep our “traditional weights and measures”?
Other than sentimental reasons there’s no good reason to stick with measures like the lb and the inch that are difficult to work with.
Obviously there are elderly people that will have difficultly in adapting, so we use both until a time the vast majority of people understand the new system. The metric system is far easier to work with and it makes a lot of sense to standardise measurements across the world.
Then there’s measures like the pint that we use in pubs and should be kept as it’s similar to how we call a vacuum cleaner a Hoover. Easily solved, by listing what a pint is in litres like we have on 4 pint milk bottles in supermarkets. What’s the big deal?

I’m not a BNP “activist”, in fact I’ve never been a member of any political party. Along with many other people supporting the BNP I’m just an ordinary person who is very very concerned about the future of this country. Most people realise that at the moment only a few people vote BNP. Nick Griffin himself has admitted that winning just one seat in parliament would be a massive achievement for his party. However it’s worth noting that although most of the people I know vote Lab/Con, when pressed on subjects such as immigration, foreign aid etc, their viewpoint is exactly that of the BNP. So it seems there is a large reservoir of untapped support out there. No the public aren’t stupid, we’re not stupid enough to let comments like racism etc stop us from expressing our viewpoint!

Isn’t it strange that in any other country,if you express a love for your country and it’s traditions and culture, and want to preserve them for future generations, you are regarded as a patriot. In Britain, especially England,if you express such utterances, you are immediately branded as a racist by a bunch of brainwashed idiots who do not have the intelligence to see beyond the vested interest views of traitors such as Blair, Brown, Clegg and Cameron.Get real you half wits,or resign yourself to sharia law in a few years time.I notice that the comment from “BNP Racist Sadcases” doesn’t have sufficient conviction to name itself.

I have 2 questions- 1 How can a party that has seikh members be classed as a racist party? 2 How can a country spend £9 BILLION on foreign aid but CUT spending in its own country for education and health care? BNP is the only party who would not spend £9 BILLION on foreign aid
Look Robbo, its beyond me why you think its more important that the UK has good healthcare and education. Think of India, we give them lots of aid. They have a space program to run you know, they can’t be looking after their citizens; thats what our taxes are for.
Wilfred you are absolutely right, British taxpayers paid out £1.9 BILLION in foreign aid to India but India spent £1.74 Billion on a space rocket the BBC somehow failed to report this on the news and the main 3 parties think its prefectly ok. The rest of the world must look at Britain and think we are all rich, mad or both. If the people of this country knew the real truth would they vote for any other party than the only party to help the ordinary working man and woman VOTE BNP
