Comment on BNP Immigration Policy by Sarah in the Desert.

“I’m sorry, but politicians are meant to be aiming to run our country, I don’t care which party they stand for, their policies should be realistic and well thought out and be able to withstand scrutiny from an eligible voter like myself** and anyone else reading them.”

I think the point of what the BNP are trying to do is just get someone elected to the House by any way possible and to have more of a say on what they feel matters to the average British citizen. They might not be nice to certain people (which politicians are?) but they appeal to other certain people.

Can you imagine the sheer horror they would probably feel if every single one of their candidates got elected?? They wouldn’t know what to do with themselves!

Unfortunately a lot of people don’t read manifesto’s or understand or care how the policies would work. Unfortunately a fair number of people left the school of “what my dad always told me” and graduated from the University of “The Sun Newspaper”
