Based on your last comment you don’t have that much of a different view on immigration than I do.

Hard working, skilled migrant workers who can add something to our society should be encouraged. Immigrants with no skills (beyond being able to pack a box or pick fruit and veg) should be discouraged.

I don’t care where they come from, what religion they follow, if they have skills we need and in time will see Britain as their home (want to generally integrate) I want people like that far more than British born work shy chavs who think cleaning a toilet or picking fruit/veg is below them and so would rather sign on than work! I think the work shy are the minority (otherwise the country would have collapsed economically by now), but there’s enough for it to be a problem.

Why are migrant workers getting low paid unskilled work when we have over 2 million unemployed? It’s partially to do with being part of Europe (European rules), but also a group of our young people won’t take certain jobs. When my eldest son was 16 (18 now and at University) he at first refused to look for work at places like McDonald’s because he believed he was better than that! I was shocked at his snobbery, I come from a poor family/area and have taken on rubbish low paid jobs when I was young, so I was working and could add it to my CV (my first job at 16 was carrying equipment, but the title was Civil Engineers Assistant which looks good on a CV). Had to pretty much force him to go look for jobs, eventually worked at Argos and at Uni he’s on his second part time job (so OK now).

Nick Griffin and the BNP do not see it this way. They want to completely stop ALL immigration (probably forever) and pay legal immigrants who have settled here a LOT of money (maybe over £50,000 for a medium size family) to leave Britain and damn the consequences to our economy!

The BNP have gone from out right racism: hating blacks because they are black and according to past BNP arguments, “breed like rabbits so will take over Britain!”. To hating Muslims because of the fear of Islamification of Britain, because “Muslims breed like rabbits so will take over Britain”!

The BNP have gone from race discrimination to religious discrimination. The BNP haven’t changed, they now attack a different group of people for a different reason, but it’s still the same old BNP scaremongering and stirring up hate.

They were wrong about black people breeding like rabbits and taking over Britain, and they’ll be wrong about Muslims. Just like with black British people, the 2nd and 3rd generation see themselves as British and the same will happen with 2nd and 3rd generation British Muslims (some will convert to other religions).

Seriously, could you imagine being born here and going through the entire school system, mingling with loads of British born people who love the freedoms we hold dear and wanting things like Sharia law to take the place of British law?

Yes, there will be a minority of extremists, (like that Anjum Chaudhry numpty) but we also get extremists in all religions, but the majority will assimilate into British society as they have done for as long as we’ve both been alive.

If you believe what you just said, you would not vote BNP. Their policies are awful for Britain.
