Jaymie I would like to ask a serious question of you, as you are (seem) to be something of a dedicated BNP supporter do you think that if the BNP were to replace Nick Griffin and some of the other shall we say questionable party members those that still have the racist image of the original BNP that they would have more chance of being taken seriously by the general public?
I ask because in my personal opinion the fact that the people in control still have this image from their National Front roots (which is where the BNP came from in the first place) many voters still link the BNP to the thinking of the National Front (may not be a realistic thing to say, but that is a fact if you ask many of the older generation who remember where the BNP came from).
I personally think that if the party leaders where changed and some of the old guard where replaced with lets say more squeaky clean people without the history they would have more chance of becoming mainstream, to a point where they could become like the LibDems in 10-15 years by having a decent number of elected MPs I don’t think they will be in Government but they will be on the way there.
I would be interested in your opinion on this.
