Ian Tomlinson 47, an innocent newspaper seller was murdered last year after he got caught up in clashes with police and protesters in G20.
Video was recorded that showed; Ian Tomlinson (who wasn’t protesting or causing any trouble; just walking across the pavement with his head down, hands in pockets and minding his own business) was attacked by a police officer in a balaclava. The officer struck him in the back pushing him over. That caused Ian Tomlinson to die in the street later on that day.
But further on it gets more chilling. Ian Tomlinson’s autopsies draw up some conflicting evidence.
The First Autopsy concludes Ian Tomlinson died of a heart attack, and the coroner ignored the proven fatal bruising of the abdomen. But the first report says Tomlinson had a cardiac arrest and that would prove it was not caused by the barbaric behaviour by the police officer.
The Second Autopsy noticed and noted the bruising of the abdomen that brought the conclusion of internal bleeding which proved to be fatal to Ian.
Given all that hard evidence the Police officer has escaped all punishment (suspension and jail).
Now how is that fair in society, if anyone else were to knock down a 47 year old they would be tried in court for common assault or even manslaughter.
The officer should have been made as an example to anyone else who dares to show this behaviour, but instead they decide to parade this around and make it acceptable.
Seems like the cops are above the law.

Surprise, Surprise no one is getting charged for the involentary manslater of Ian Thomlinson the poor guy who was attached by the DEBADGED POLICE at the G20 protest, It was his fault for walking home from work selling newspapers! I am gutted for his family.
I am also gutted for the girl who had her baby beaten out of her by the same police force. as nothing will happen there either. probily gonna get my facebook removed by the courts for telling the truth but NO POLICE WILL EVER FACE CHARGES FOR ANY THING. Not one police man has ever been held accountable for his actions…. the IPCC stands for Intelligence police crime coverup not Independant police complaints commision.
No wonder Rauol Moat is hailed a Hero, its simply because he shot a policeman. shows what the rest of Britain think of the police too. too much buddy buddy system going on there even the coroners are under the polices payroll. it took 3 autopsies to conclued that he died from internal bleeding. the first was of course dimissed as natural causes.
how scary is that the Police can do anything they want to You or your Children and they wont be held accountable if you were to go on the IPCC website you will be sickened by what they have got away with such as Pepper spraying a 74 year old dementia patient. Stealing bottles of wine from Marks and sparks. when will this ever be stopped?
I am scared for the children, I know if a policeman was to do anything to them, no justice would come about it would be hushed up the offending officer moved to another area and even if they were suspended it would be on full pay. how wrong is this system, even if you did put in a complaint about anything Guess who inv…estigates Yep The POLICE! who will twist the stories to suit them. of which THEY DO!
Not even independant video evidence helps! or independant wittnesses. they will be classed as your best mate and dismissed as them being in on it.

Time for a private criminal prosecution which could be followed by a civil case for damages. Suggestions on fundraising please? Perhaps the solicitor for the family could receive the money raised and use it to seek justice and attack the system protecting police officers from justifiable criminal prosecution.
Remember Bloody Sunday-troops out of control shooting to kill which caused lots of young men to join the IRA resulting in more and more suffering on all sides for decades.
The last thing we want is more “Raul Moat’s” motivated by hate targeting police officers. A population willing to help the police is vital and for this reason justice must be seen to be done.

I watched the video yesterday and found it necessary to run it three/four times.
I would like to know what the hell he was doing where the incident occurred in the first instance. I am sure no right -minded person would have been within a mile of the place. Just being told in the press that he was ‘on his way home from work’ isn’t good enough. I believe that anyone, finding themselves accidentally in a comparable situation would get away from that place as quickly as they could. However, he seemed completely unconcerned about any danger and seemed to take very little notice of what was going on around him. He walked immediately in front of the police towards their target. I distinctly got the impression that there was something wrong with him and this was before the police had a chance to lay a hand on him. Even after, when he was on the ground, he seemed to be arguing with the police. Then he got up and walked away a bit quicker than he had up to then. I’d say he wasn’t quite all there but I stress that this was only an impression I got from the video.

Brian,
I get the impression from your comment that your implying he deserved to be attacked by a police officer.
This is ridiculous, he lived around the corner from the G20 Protest what was he meant to do not go home for the rest of the day?.
He had his hands in his pockets head down walking AWAY from the police and minding his own business.
He was unlawfully killed and I find that your very ignorant to open mock his death. He had the right to walk down the street, he was no were near the protest and he was exercising his right to be in a public place.
Also he argued with the police officer that attacked him because; HE GOT HIT IN THE BACK WITH A BATON. He was NOT (to put it bluntly) crazy as you claim he was, he was walking past a police officer and, last time I looked that is not an offence.
Your argument is half-baked and frankly stupid, you should brush up on your facts before you blurt out retarded arguments like you have.

The police across the world are being used as weapons of war by the global elite against the people and in the USA we have many recorded incidents of police killing civilians execution style as was the case with Oscar Grant.
In the UK we have the case of Ian Tomlinson’s death who was murdered by a policeman for being in the wrong place at the wrong time but with the elite owning the justice system lock stock and barrel many of the perpetrators of these crime against “We the people” are allowed to walk away scotch free by the courts and that’s if the case makes it to court.
Hollie Greig, who is a downs syndrome girl was systematically raped whilst under the protection of the British establishment charged with protecting a vulnerable child.
Hollie’s mother Mrs Ann Greig would like to see some justice for member of the establishment, who through their positions were given access to this little girl and abused her as their own personal little sexual play toy. The reason Mrs Greig has never had the opportunity to have her day in court is because the accused paedophiles include British lawyers, police and a local High Sheriff.
Various request under the freedom of information act (FOA) have been ignored and several people including her mother and Mr Robert Green have been silenced using gag orders including the BBC’s Panorama documentary channel in an effort to keep the story out of the public domain and the establishments have even gone so far as to make legal threats against Google.
This fight to bring justice for Hollie has been raging for several years and despite millions of people knowing about the case, it still seems that the British justice system is unable to live up to its name Mr Cameron is hereby put on notice that ‘we the people’ demand this case should go to trial in open court where both sides may present their case.
Time we took to the streets and took back our freedoms and the corrupt justice system because it is clear to a blind man that the game is rigged and the elite will stop at nothing because we are not worthy to be in there presents.
